Qualifying our client means that we make sure that the client is ‘Virtual-Assistant-ready’. We check on our client’s personality and make sure that we give them a VA whose personality will also fit them. We make sure that we check on each of the VA’s during their work time. Although it is the client’s responsibility to manage their own VA’s, we take care of all the HR issues of the business.
