How A Virtual Assistant Helped Me Save My Business

141112_RET_Rollovers2_drainAs a businessman I have always been a great believer of the system “less expense, more income”. I believe that I can generate more income if I spend less money for my business and just focus more on bringing money in.

Well, that was not the case.  As I get more clients, work just keeps on piling up.  The worst part is that I’ve been bombarded by tedious and repetitive task like monitoring clients’ accounts, creating and sending invoices, answering emails, managing my social media, etc.  I found myself buried in a pile of work that is actually important to keep my business afloat but keeps me from doing what I do best.

I told myself one day, “I can’t spend so much time on these things when I should be focusing more on income generating activities”.

What have I done!?

The best thing that happened to me and my business was getting a Virtual Assistant do these tedious and repetitive tasks.  Delegating those tasks that keeps me from doing what I should be doing to bring in more money to my business was very liberating.  I had so much freedom now to focus on planning and preparing for client meetings and many more.  Another thing I experienced is that I had more time with my family now than before.  Sleep was another thing that I enjoy now that I have a Virtual Assistant.

I can say that hiring a Virtual Assistant is indeed the wisest thing I did for my business.

The investment that I shell out for a Virtual Assistant was all worth it because I earn more y focusing on income generating activities.

How about you?  Are you ready to go to the next level?
