I have been asked many times by potential clients these question: What is the difference when I hire a Virtual Assistant from your Company compared to hiring a freelancer?
The truth is, you can always go to Facebook and search for groups where all the freelancing Virtual Assistants are. In fact, you might even hire someone for a rate lower than ours; they can even be as good as our home-based workers.
So what’s the difference? How about I tell you what we have already accomplished and I will let you be the judge?
As a company who has been in the industry for more than 6 years, we can say that we have been through a lot of trials, errors, and learning. We can say that our forte is in finding the right person that is best fit for you and your business.
Qualifying our client means that we make sure that the client is ‘Virtual-Assistant-ready’. We check on our client’s personality and make sure that we give them a VA whose personality will also fit them. We have realized over the years that sometimes the reason why a VA-Client relationship doesn’t work is simply that their personality does not match.
We make sure that we check on each of the VA’s during their work time. Although it is the client’s responsibility to manage their own VA’s, we take care of all the HR issues of the business. If there is any concern, we want to know about it immediately and we take care of it as quickly as possible.
To be fair to them, there are also good freelancers out there; however, we have a lot of clients who come to us complaining about many who are so hard to work with – they want to work at their own convenience, at their own time. The problem, sometimes, is that they are too free. We have eliminated this by setting up a management system that creates a work-environment for them.
